On 2/12/2020, at the 199 Howell Bridge Road, Ball Ground, Georgia facility at the 220T Stretcher press machine, employees were exposed to amputation hazards as the front of the machine was not guarded. Side entry into the press was guarded but not the front portion of the machine.
