29 CFR 1910.179(n)(3)(i): The load was not well secured and properly balanced in the sling or lifting device before it was lifted more than a few inches. a) 180 Lamar Haley Parkway, Cherokee, Canton, GA 30114; On or about November 17, 2022, The employer exposed employees to struck by and amputation hazards where the load material inside the sling was not properly balanced after coming out of the Quench machine extremely bent and was transferred to the stretcher by employees using both Jib and Overhead Crane.
