29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): Walking-working surfaces were not inspected, regularly, and maintained in a safe condition:  a). Markle-Smith, Inc. dba American Locksmith Services - The employer did not maintain walking-working surfaces in a safe condition on or about January 31, 2020.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
