29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: (a) On or about February 11, 2020 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to struck-by hazards where a standard air wand tool was used to clean themselves (bodily and clothing) and machines and equipment with a supplied air pressure of approximately 110 psi in the carpentry shop located at 6900 North Pecos Road, Las Vegas, Nevada.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) On or about February 11, 2020 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to electrical hazards where three electrical panels were blocked by maintenance carts and equipment in the energy plant maintenance area located at 6900 North Pecos Road, Las Vegas, Nevada.
