29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: (a) On or about February 11, 2020, and at times prior, for employees required to wear 3M 6200 series half face respirators and 3M 8210 series filtering face piece respirators while performing metal welding and grinding operations where a respirator was left exposed to conditions in the work area after use at 6900 North Pecos Road in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
