29 CFR 1910.110(f)(2)(i): Containers in storage shall be located so as to minimize exposure to excessive temperature rise, physical damage, or tampering by unauthorized persons. Southeast, Warehouse Door 39- On or about February 12, 2020, propane containers in storage were not located in an area where they were safe from physical damage, or excessive temperature rise. Employees use a forklift to move a dumpster that is located next to the propane storage cage exposing the cage to damage from forklift traffic. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
