29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  STORAGE ROOM:  On or about and at times prior to February 13, 2020, the employer did not ensure that exit routes were clear exposing employees to caught between hazards as well as the possibility of smoke inhalation.  Snowblowers, lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and other similar equipment was stored such that there was no clear path to the emergency exit.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  STORAGE AREA:  On or about and at times prior to February 13, 2020, working space in front of an electrical panel located next to the emergency exit was blocked by a leaf blower, pressure washer, lawn mower, and log splitter.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  COMPANY-WIDE:  On or about and at times prior to February 13, 2020 the employer had not developed and implemented a written Hazard Communication program.  Hazardous chemicals used at the workplace included, but were not limited to: gasoline, carburetor cleaner, and brake cleaner.  Use of machines with combustion engines in the workshop results in carbon monoxide exposure.
