On or about 2/6/2020, at east side mill of Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida, 1500 George Wedgworth Way, Belle Glade, FL 33430.  Second floor - Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 17'-11" to a lower level while walking by an open sided edge that had a 20" wide section that lacked a guardrail.    b.  On or about 2/6/2020, at east side mill of Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida, 1500 George Wedgworth Way, Belle Glade, FL 33430.  First floor - Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 5' approximately while working on a platform that lacked a guardrail.
