29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Pulte Homes of Ohio, LLC located at 866 Arabian Circle, Marysville, OH 43040:  On and preceding February 11, 2020, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 6 feet or more above a lower level was protected from falling.  A customer care manager was positioned on the ridge of a roof without fall protection observing roof repairs as they were being performed by the roofers.  Work taking place at the time the manager was on the roof without fall protection included but was not limited to replacement of roofing shingles and flashing. The following condition exposed the employee to falls up to 10 feet.
