29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Outside Maintenance Department: On or about February 14, 2020, the employer did not ensure that a damaged GFCI flexible cord was removed from service where the power cord strain relief had pulled away from the end plug fitting thereby exposing internal conductors.
