29 CFR 1960.59(a):29 CFR 1960.59(a): The Agency did not provide appropriate safety and health training for employees: a) FCI Williamsburg - UNICOR Factory Floor: The employer did not ensure that BOP employees charged with overseeing work activities and enforcing safety rules and regulations were properly trained. BOP employees failed to properly oversee a grommet machine operation where inmate employees were exposed to amputation hazards due to overriding the machine's two hand trip safety device.
