29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents:  a)  At 24812 Smarty Jones Circle, Lot 198 Jubilee Farms, Daphne, Alabama:  On or about February 19, 2020 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to operate pneumatic nail guns without safety glasses while performing framing activities exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 24812 Smarty Jones Circle, Lot 198 Jubilee Farms, Daphne, Alabama:  On or about February 19, 2020 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 18 feet 10 inches to the ground below.
