29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents:  a)  At 56 Parks Edge, Lot 7 The Village Tannin, Orange Beach, Alabama:  On November 2, 2022; the employer allowed his employee to operate pneumatic nail guns without safety glasses while performing framing activities exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.  The Gabriel Baron dba Gabriel Baron was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102 (a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1463734, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on May 12, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 24812 Smarty Jones Circle, Lot 198 Jubilee Farms, Daphne, Alabama.
