29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) 100 E Lake Blvd, Mahopac, NY- On or about February 19, 2020 and at times there prior to, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard from boxes of merchandise stacked at heights which make it unstable and caused a hazard.
