At a construction site located at 6609 NW 106th Street, Kansas City, Missouri: An employee was exposed to fall hazards.   (a)  This was most recently documented on or about February 19, 2020 when a framer was working on the west side of the building. The framer was exposed to a fall of greater than 21 feet without the use of fall protection.  (b) This was most recently documented on or about February 19, 2020 when framers were exposed to fall hazards when working on the north side of the building as window openings did not have guardrail systems.  Framers were exposed to a fall of greater than 13 1/2 feet without the use of fall protection.
