29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered:    On or about February 14, 2019, at business address 900 SW Lower Lake Rd, St Joseph, MO -- employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 10 (ten) feet as they performed work on top of a tanker truck. The employer did not select, or have employee use personal protective equipment for all employees to prevent injuries related to falls from trucks/tanks.
