29 CFR 1926.302(b)(4): Compressed air, 30 p.s.i. or more, was used for cleaning purposes: (a) On or about February 26, 2020 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to struck by hazards where a Merlin, pistol grip blow gun air tool was used to clean concrete dust and debris with a regulated supplied air pressure of approximately 140 psi at a construction site located at 710 US Hwy. 395 North Gardnerville, Nevada.
