29 CFR 1926.59: An employer engaged in construction activities did not comply with the requirements set forth in Part 1910, Section 1200, Hazard Communication: (a) On or about February 26, 2020, employees were exposed to chemical hazards where the employer did not maintain copies of safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals including but not limited to, Startex Denatured Alochol (Ethyl Alcohol, 70-90%, cas #64-17-5; Methyl Alcohol, 20-30%, cas #67-56-1; Ethyl Acetate, 1-5%, cas #141-78-6) at a construction site located at 710 US Hwy. 395 North, Gardnerville, Nevada.
