On or about February 26, 2020, and at times prior, in the laminate area, the employer required employees to use tight fitting, half faced mask respirators, during laminate operations, without a written respiratory protection program, exposing these employees to health hazards such as, but not limited to acute and chronic respiratory injury and illness.    b. On or about February 26, 2020, and at times prior, in the solid surface material (corian) area, the employer required employees to use tight fitting, half faced mask respirators, during gluing, routing and sanding operations, without a written respiratory protection program, exposing these employees to health hazards such as, but not limited to acute and chronic respiratory injury and illness.
