On the ground, at a new residential construction jobsite, located at or near, 8439 Meliaceae Drive in Pensacola, Florida: On or about February 25, 2020, the employer exposed employees to stuck-by hazards, in that head protection was utilized by employees who handed construction materials (wood) to other employees working above them.

On the second story roof of a new residential construction jobsite, located at or near, 8439 Meliaceae Drive in Pensacola, Florida: On or about February 25, 2020, the employer exposed employees to 18-foot fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing framing and roofing work.    b. At the front elevation of a new residential construction jobsite, located at or near, 8439 Meliaceae Drive in Pensacola, Florida: On or about February 25, 2020, the employer exposed an employee to 9-foot fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by the employee while performing framing work.    I and M General Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1214142, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on March 17, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 649 Royal Troon Circle, Gulf Shores, AL 36542.    I and M General Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1227442, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on June 17, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 709 South Three Notch Street, Troy, AL 36081.
