On or about February 28, 2020, located at Luxe 88 Apartments, employees were performing framing work while standing on the tops of interior and exterior 4th floor walls without any means of fall protection. The employer failed to initiate and maintain safety and health programs when performing framing work exposing the employees to a fall hazards up to approximately 45 feet.
