Ortiz Escamilla Framing, LLC. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1466262, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 20, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4522 Kenny Road, Columbus, OH 43220.

Located at 7540 Debbie Run, Dublin, OH: On or about May 12, 2021, the employer did not ensure that employees performing framing work from the second story were protected from a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet.
