Lark Industrial Drive, Fenton, MO, were exposed to hazards such as those created by the rotating table of the Predator palletizer (S/N: H518-059-31496, Asset No.: 02687).  This was located in the shipping and wrapping area of building 1410.  During the unmanned process with this palletizer, there were forklifts and pedestrian traffic at or near the machine.
