29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a. Panel on the right side of the damaged goods area: Damaged items, a rolling shelf, and a shopping cart hindered quick access to the panel box in the event of an emergency. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards. b. Panel on the right side of the warehouse entrance from the retail store: A Troy Built riding lawn mower blocked access to the panel box in the event of an emergency. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
