29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 3840 Rimrock Rd., Billings MT, 59102: On or about March 04, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing barrier paper on a new addition commercial roof at heights exceeding 18 feet without the use of fall protection.
