29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: a) Trout Creek Truss, Inc.: On March 3, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards while utilizing chemicals including, but not limited to, AW Hydraulic 46 and Kerosene. The employer failed maintain safety data sheets for all chemicals to which employees may be exposed.
