29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:  a) Main Saw Area: On or about March 3, 2020 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards from saw dust accumulations on the purlins of the northern wall which measured approximate 26 feet 5 inches in height by 34 feet long.
