29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Construction Site, Stacey Way, North Greenbush, NY- On or about March 5, 2020, employees were constructing a residential home while working 13 feet above the ground with no fall protection in place exposing employees to a fall hazard. Al Lam Builders, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1130612, citation number 1, item number 1, group (a) and was affirmed as a final order on 03/25/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 50 N. Greenbush Rd. Troy, NY 12180.
