Location: a) Roof; Damaged portion area a) On or about 03/05/2020, an employee was working on the damaged portion of the roof without the use of fall protection. L C Carpio No 2 Corp dba L C Carpio Contractor Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1197246, citation number 1, item number 5-b and was affirmed as a final order on 01/26/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1106 Dorchester Rd., Brooklyn, NY 11218.
