29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b). Site: 745 Argyle Road Brooklyn, NY 11230 On or about 6/24/21 a) An employee working on the roof of a private residence was not utilizing fall protection. He was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet. L C Carpio No 2 dba L C Carpio Contractor Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1466218, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/20/20, with respect to a workplace located at 658 East 18th Street Brooklyn, NY 11230 and on OSHA inspection number 1467571, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/19/20, with respect to a workplace located at 182 Westminster Road Brooklyn, NY 11218.
