29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking, and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: Sawmill - The lockout/tagout procedure, for changing the belt on the Comact gang saw, did not include specific procedural steps for locking out the gang saw box hydraulics, which are opened during the changing out of the saw blades. Irving Forest Products, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1299054, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/20/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 24 Hall Hill Road, Dixfield Maine 04224.
