The electrical breaker panel, which provides power to the lights, was missing a cover. Employees are exposed to electrical shock hazards up to 208 volts.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical:    Mechanic Shop: Employee(s) use various products for fertilizing and maintaining the grass for the golf course. The following chemicals were stored and used without a safety data sheet maintained at the worksite:  a) Chemurgic Green Iron plus Mn  b) Nutriculture 20-20-20 General Purpose  c) Potassium Nitrate   d) YaraLiva Calcinit Greenhouse / Solution Grade   Employees were exposed to irritant hazards.      Fantasy Springs Resort Casino was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1208754, citation number 2, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 9, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 84-245 Indio Springs Parkway, Indio, California 92203.
