29 CFR 1926.503(c): The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: (a) Building # 5 - On or about March 3, 2020, employees working at the edge of the building's roof while installing gutters exhibited unsafe practices thereby indicating a lack of understanding of fall protection training previously provided.
