29 CFR 1926.150(a)(4): All fire fighting equipment was not periodically inspected and maintained in operating condition: a) On or about 03/04/20, New York, at the Planet Fitness Center, under construction, located at the Sweden Corners Plaza, (6515 Brockport Spencerport Road) in Brockport, New York the employer did not remove from service a fire extinguisher that had been discharged and no longer operable. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
