29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level where leading edges are under construction, but who was not engaged in the leading-edge work, was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) On or about April 5, 2024, at 5655 Fresh Spring Lane, Viera/Melbourne, Florida, 32940: employees were exposed to a 6' 1 and 3/4" fall hazard while conducting concrete pouring activities from a form table, in that, fall protection was not used.
