29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 24285 Alydar Loop, Lot 156 Jubilee Farms, Daphne, Alabama: On or about March 12, 2020 and at time prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roof decking activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet 5 inches to the ground below. THE ANGEL GALLEGOS GUZMAN DBA ANGEL GALLEGOS GUZMAN WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1296919, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 4, 2018 WITH4442681 RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 147 STONE BROOK, SPANISH FORT, ALABAMA.
