29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 27878 Jade Court, Lot 1025 Diamante, Daphne, Alabama:  One or about January 29, 2021 and a times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 10 feet to the ground below.  The Angel Gallegos Guzman dba Angel Gallego Guzman was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1468842, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 27, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 24285 Alydar Loop, Lot 156 Jubilee Farms, Daphne, Alabama.  The Angel Gallegos Guzman dba Angel Gallego Guzman was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1296919, citation number 1, item 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at  Lot 147 Stonebrook, Spanish Fort, Alabama.
