On or about March 12, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees working near the weld department were protected from stray ultraviolet radiation from the arc rays by not providing welding curtains. Employees working in the adjacent areas including other welders and employees driving through on forklifts were not protected from arc rays during the welding process.
