29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(i): When outside servicing personnel were engaged in activities in a facility, the onsite employer and the outside employer did not inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures: On or about February 24, 2020, at OK Foods facility in Ft. Smith, the host employer and outside contractors did not inform each other about their lockout tagout procedures when repairing equipment in the engine room such as but not limited to an Auto Purger.
