(b) On or about 03/12/2020 - Stitching Area, employees were exposed to fire hazards when a flexible cord 12-outlet relocatable power tap was used to power equipment such as, but not limited to, the Family Electronic Servo Motors and task lights. (c) On or about 3/12/2020 - Millwork Area, employees were exposed to fire hazards when flexible cords were attached to a splitter to power equipment such as, but not limited to, a Vortex Cone Particle Separator System and two DeWalt chop saws.
