29 CFR 1910.303(f)(1): Each disconnecting means required by Subpart S of Part 1910 for motors and appliances was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) Production, North Wall - On or about March 13, 2020, the employer failed to ensure each disconnecting means was legibly marked to indicate its purpose. The main disconnect switch (T00DS) located on the north wall near the cookie cooler was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor was the switch located and arranged so that its purpose was evident, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards. b) Production, South Wall - On or about March 13, 2020, the employer failed to ensure each disconnecting means was legibly marked to indicate its purpose. The disconnect switch (PP12A) located on the south behind the retarders was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor was the switch located and arranged so that its purpose was evident, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards.
