29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Core Room - On or about November 22, 2019, the employer exposed employees to eye damage and skin corrosion in that the employer failed to provide facilities for flushing of the eyes and body when employees were working with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Isocure Focus I 100 Binder IBC711 and Iso-Fast 705 Catalyst.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Throughout facility - On or about November 22, 2019, the employer exposed employees to eye injuries and potential health effects of respirable dust particles of crystalline silica in that the employer did not provide the training and information to employees working with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to Silica Sand, Silica Products and molten metals.
