29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following:    Employees engaged in residential framing activities, using a diesel powered fork lift, were exposed to health hazards in that the employer had not developed and impended a written comprehensive hazard communication program.  Hazardous chemicals used a the jobsite included diesel.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets.    Employees engaged in ground hand activities working below employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards in that head protection was not provided.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.    Employees engaged in residential framing activities using a Dewalt Compound Miter Saw with serial number 89571 were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not provided.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Strain relief. Flexible cords shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws.    Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.  Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the flexible cord protective layer was pulling away from connector.
