29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color:    Employees engaged in cowboy preparation activities were exposed to fire hazards in case of emergency and power loss in that the 2 emergency exit signs at these 2 locations were not equip with lighting.    a) West Processing Break Room.  b) West Cowboy Tack Room.    29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.

29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch:    Employees engaged in machine shop activities at the Shop area of the Feed Yard were exposed to stuck-by and amputation hazards in that the adjustable tongue guard on the Dewalt Bench Grinder, Model #DW756, Serial #2011-46-YL63617 was set up improperly, leaving the opening of three-eighth inch.    29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:    Employees engaged in machine shop activities at the Shop area of the Feed Yard were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the circuit breaker panel box were not labeled to identify the area and equipment/machine which it controls.    29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.
