29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about 3/19/2020 at the Overlook at Hamilton Mill subdivision, Dacula, GA, where the residential builder failed to conduct inspections on the multi-employer worksite where in plain view hazards existed: a. at Lot 38 there was a worker was exposed to nine-foot fall hazard to the lower level where the worker was walking the top plate without the use of fall protection. Fall protection was available on the work truck but there were no anchors available for use. b. at Lot 38 there was a worker in the area of an unprotected opening, exposed to 12-foot fall hazards to the lower level where fall protection was not in use. Fall protection was available on the work truck but there were no anchors available for use. c. at Lot 41 there was a worker exposed to 20-foot fall hazards where fall protection was not available for use on site.
