29 CFR 1915.75(d): Railings approximately 42 inches in height, with a mid-rail, shall be provided on the edges of wing walls of floating dry docks and on edges of graving docks. Dry Docks 2 and 3, graving dock edge and stairwell: Sections of top and mid-rail removed to permit necessary line handling were not replaced after a vessel was moved out of dry dock.
