29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about March 24th, 2020 for employees were exposed to a fall hazard in excess of 17 feet while installing roofing materials in the vicinity of 3424 Shannon Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1072452 Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/28/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 925 Basin Avenue, Bismarck, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1187579 Citation 2, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/15/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4807 Boulder Ridge, Bismarck, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1363731 Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/27/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 11801 York Street, Northglenn, Colorado.
