29 CFR 1926.451(f)(14): Makeshift devices, such as but not limited to boxes and barrels, were used on top of scaffold platforms to increase the working level height of employees: a) 2244 Main Street, Billings, MT 59105: On or about April 09, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet while working installing a metal roof from the Genie GS-3268 Scissor Lift. The manufacturer provided guardrail system was used to increase the working level height and to gain access to the top plate.
