29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On and before April 15, 2020, for the employees who were exposed to an approximate 10-foot fall hazard while installing roofing materials on a residential building at 554 Macon Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1449235, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 26, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at or near 6735 Dolan Drive in Lincoln, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1272675, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 6, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 831 Sixth Street in Bismarck, North Dakota.
