NW, Kennesaw, GA, North side parking area: On or about 04/27/2020, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that employees of the company were operating a JCB Model 550-170 All Terrain Forklift Truck without first receiving training and certifications to operate this equipment. Uncertified operators were in close proximity to others working on the ground area below near ladders used to access the roof.
